Polyester peel ply offers a lower cost alternative to our aerospace-grade nylon-66 peel ply and is suitable for most applications. The main differences being that polyester peel-ply has a lower temperature tolerance than nylon and also that some resins will bond slightly more to polyester than they will to nylon, making the nylon-66 peel ply slightly easier to remove.
